I am finally getting around to posting Easter pictures. Our Easter was busy, but amazing!! He Arose!! He Lives!! Praise God!! We left our house on Sunday at 7 am and didn't get home until 6:30 pm (with about an hour in the middle at home). We attend the first service at church, which was great. Then, we worked in the 1st& 2nd grade room for the second service. When we left home, it was beginning to snow (really wet snow). By the time we left church at 11:30, there was at least an inch on the car. It was so slushy! They say that parts of Colorado Springs received up to 10 inches of slushy snow! Hopefully it will begin to green up now. I told the kids it was God's reminder that Jesus' blood washes us white as snow!!
We then came home and finished cooking the ham, potatoes and got everything else ready to go. We have some of the most amazing friends here, the Noblit's. Dave and Shawn are so much fun! We went to their house with two other families. The food was great, wine always good, and fellowship amazing!! Again, we are so blessed to have such great friends!! The big kids hid eggs in the basement for the little kids to hunt. We let Noah and Sarah go down first. My older three were at the top of the stairs waiting anxiously!! It was a great Easter!!
