So we went to my parent's in NV for Christmas. It was awesome!! Both of my brother came and my sister-in-law!! We laughed, went skiing, opened presents, ate, watched the kids be completely wound up all the time.....I could go on and bore you. It was truly a blast!!
There was snow galore. Yes, from the first day on. In fact, I think Christmas Eve thru Christmas Day we had 8 inches?! It was amazing since all we wanted to do was go skiing. Oh, and spend time with each other (on the slopes!)!! Thank goodness my mom was willing to watch the kids so Mike and I had time to ski too!!
I think I will do a several different blogs, so hang in there and check back.....
This is Drew not waiting on the snow. I think this is the first day we were there. He so wanted to build a snowman. There just wasn't much snow. So he tried with what there was. You have to understand, the snow in the Carson Valley, Nevada is dry!! I mean, it looks fake and won't pack. I even went out and tried to help with no luck. So, this is impressive!!
