Indoor Soccer

We can't get enough soccer around here. Which is so funny since Mike thinks it's a girls sport!!! And funnier, he has a son that is really good at it!! And funniest, Mike is coaching the team!!! We had the first game this Saturday. It was quite interesting. Teaching 4, 5 and 6 year olds that you don't kick the ball as hard as you do on a grass field. Drew is still a head taller than anyone else on the team, especially the 4 year olds. He scored two goals, one in the right goal and one on his on team. Oh, well, it was the first game and the first time to play soccer indoors. I think Caleb had the hardest time of anyone. He wanted to be out there and he wanted his Daddy!! He screamed and cried. I finally bribed him with skittles. It worked until he dropped the skittles down onto the court. The other coach hobbled over and picked them up. It was a lot of fun! 5 more games to go and then time for spring soccer!!!
