Can you believe that it is January 3rd and it was above 50?!! Well, my kids couldn't help themselves, they were outside. Drew, Grace and Michael (a friend of Drew's from school) had a blast!! They were building a pool at first. I wouldn't wantto swim in it. Then, they were adding castles. I am not too sure if it was a fort or what, but they had fun. I had to break up some of the snow so their snowshovels would get under it. (See, Dad, I didn't get them snowshovels for child labor, they wanted them!!) I actually sanded a piece of furniture and then primed it. Caleb and Sarah missed the action!! Naps are MUCH more important for them. Besides, Sarah has been sick and is just now letting me sleep for 3 hours at a time!!
As they were playing, Drew went to take his glove off, using his teeth. Well, the one that was wiggly, no longer is wiggly. It is just out!! I ended up pulling it out for him. That is number two. We are determined to have him eat an apple!! I'll take a picture if he really does.
Then, I couldn't add a new post without a picture of Sarah. She is sitting in her Bumbo trying to figure out what the Bilibo is. Oh, so are you?!! Well the Biliblo is a seat or a sled or something to carry balls or hotwheels. We found out about it at Kindermusik. Grandma got Grace one for Christmas. We can't wait to try the sled thing!!! Sarah was spinning it and watching it go around!! Easy entertainment at this age!
Oh, and that is Mocha, our horse, taking a seat with Mike. She really didn't care that he was there. Eventually, she sat down. And, then I got her down. She is like my 2 year old, you tell them not to do something, so they do it just to test you. I think Caleb got a hand slap just today for doing the same thing!!
